ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a telemarketer with Jana Lake Agency, you will be calling current and ex customers, updating their records, answering phones and inputting notes into the system.

We look forward to connecting with you if you are the ideal customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Calling current customers and scheduling times for them to come in and review their policies.
Calling ex-customers to prospect a new quote

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dedicated to customer service
Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
Proactive in problem-solving
